This page is for Non-BBQ Food Vendors selling on-site consumables to the public. No meat (hamburgers, turkey legs, etc.) permitted.
All BBQ sold to the public is by invitation only to a few cook teams that are also competing. If you are one of our competition cook teams and would like to be considered as a sell cooker, please email us and we will add you to our waiting list.

Vendors selling food for off-site consumption such as jellies, teas, honey, etc, please see our Main Street Vendors page. Artisans interested in our juried Foothills Crafts Fair area, please see our Crafters page
We welcome applications from those vendors that provide scrumptious side dishes and dessert items.
The Festival is especially interested in vendors offering vegetarian entrees this year.
How much is booth space?
If you are selected, there is a charge of $225 for each booth space, minimum
of 10 ft. store front x 20 ft. deep. Additional space is available at
the rate of $20 per linear foot of storefront. Food vendors will also
pay an additional 20% of gross sales to the Polk County Chamber of Commerce. CASH
SALES OF FOOD ARE PROHIBITED! A security deposit of $300.00 is required and
will be returned by mail within 30-days after clean-up inspection.
Do you provide electricity?
Yes, it is available for a charge; $20 for 110 and $50 for 220.
Can I bring my RV?
Spaces for RV’s at Harmon Field are
extremely limited and you must coordinate this well ahead of time with the
Vendor Chair. See our area places to stay for overnight accommodations close
to Harmon Field.
