Main Street is for vendors selling other goods or services to the public. No foods may be sold.

Information for Main Street Vendors

In order to maintain the integrity of the Foothills Crafts Fair and other established venues, products should be barbecue or festival related and agenda free (no ideological distributions) at the discretion of the Vendor chair, this would include but not be limited to:

• Grills/smokers
• Cooking paraphernalia such as spatulas, oven mitts
• Wood chips/charcoal
• Homeowner items
• Equestrian items
• Farm related items
• Books
• Plants
• Time Share/Resort promotions
• Miscellaneous healthcare, massage, etc.
• Automotive, motorcycle, boat etc. dealers
• Electronics
• BBQ or Festival novelties: (non-ball cap) hats, masks, socks

Please note that nothing in conflict with our crafters or our Festival merchandise will be allowed. We do not allow:

• Jewelry or pins of any kind
• Bath & body products
• T-shirts, polo shirts, aprons, ball caps or other clothing items that may be in conflict with our own merchandise offerings
• Coozies

Please note that we have an exclusive contract with an amusements company and all carnival types of rides must be coordinated through them.

Note: We strongly request printed material for distribution be on recycled media in keeping with our Going Green recycling initiative.Distribution should be kept to a minimum, handed out only to those customers specifically interested in your product or services.

How much is booth space?
For Polk county Chamber of Commerce Members, the fee is $750 for a 10x10 booth space and $1,000  for non-members.

The Festival is 2 days; do I have to participate both days?
Yes. Your space must be manned, if open, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday.  Some of our Main Street vendors close down around dark on Saturday, but we do not allow vehicles on the field for tear down while the gates are open.
