WSPA partners with Barbecue Festival
The Blue Ridge BBQ & Music Festival announces it has partnered with CBS affiliate WSPA to promote the 2012 festival.  The event will be held June 8th and 9th at Harmon Field in Tryon.

Ultimate BBQ Showdown winners to compete at Barbecue Festival
The two top winners of a new barbecue TV show are coming to the Blue Ridge Barbecue & Music Festival, June 10 and 11, in Tryon, North Carolina.

Festival again named NC BBQ state championship
North Carolina Governor Beverly Perdue has again decreed that the Blue Ridge Barbecue & Music Festival "shall be known as a North Carolina State Championship," and June 10-11, 2011, "shall be 'The Blue Ridge Barbecue Festival Days' in North Carolina."
