The Lone Derangers’ eclectic repertoire embraces Americana and folk/rock. Noted for great harmonies and unique arrangements, they play an extensive selection of originals and covers and hale from the Tryon, NC.
Phil & Gaye Johnson
KingPup Radio Show, 1:45-3:45 p.m.
Now in its 5th season, the KingPup Radio Show with Phil & Gaye Johnson is broadcast on 56 affiliates around the world. In those five seasons, it has showcased more than 100 local, regional and national touring “roots music” artists at festivals, concert halls, theaters and special events throughout the southeast. This year’s KingPup Show at the BBQ features the following three artists: The Neighbors, Laurel Ridge and High Windy.
Bucktown Kickback
Bucktown Kickback, 4:15-5:30 p.m.

Wink Keziah
Wink Keziah and Delux Motel, 6-7:15 p.m.
A listen to Wink Keziah & Delux Motel on their red-hot new album Working Songs For The Drinking Class or at their scorching live shows quickly evokes the old saying: That’s what I like about the South. Born and bred in North Carolina, Keziah is a genuine urban hillbilly who makes music at the fulcrum where country meets rock’n’roll. Call it outlaw country, high-test honky-tonk, hillbilly rock or whatever you like.
The Work
The Work, 7:45-9 p.m.
A horn-driven funky band from Greenville, S.C., The Work plays an eclectic marriage of jazz, rock, blues, funk, all served in a high energy environment. Their CD Bring Back The Good testifies to the uncanny ability of the band to seamlessly meld various styles of music.
Rosie Ledet
Rosie Ledet & The Zydeco Playboys, 9:45-11:15 p.m.
Zydeco Music is usually identified as a male-dominated music, but over the last 12 years, a sultry, sexy female voice has risen through the ranks and become established as a leading voice in Zydeco. Rosie Ledet has carved a unique spot in the Zydeco pantheon. Singing in both Creole French and English, Rosie is known for her songwriting, as well as her bluesy, sexy voice. Last year she appeared at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. She has won three "Best Of The Best" awards from Offbeat Magazine. Her warm stage presence combined with the infectious Zydeco beat makes her irresistible.
