The Hawg Run To Fun brings an exciting element to the Festival, a motorcycle poker run covering two states.
Two separate runs are being held in 2011, with one run in North Carolina and another in South Carolina. Both runs will wind their way through the beautiful Carolina foothills before ending at the BBQ Festival grounds at Harmon Field in Tryon.

The Event: The Hawg Run To Fun is a motorcycle poker run slated for Saturday, June 11, 2011, with the first bikes on the road at 10 a.m.
Registration: Bikers may begin registering for the run at 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 11. The North Carolina run starts at Phil's Bar-B-Que Pit in Black Mountain, N.C. The South Carolina run begins at the Harley-Davidson store in Greenville, S.C.
Proceeds: The Hawg Run benefits the Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
Cost/Prizes: There is an entry fee of $15 that includes admission to the Blue Ridge BBQ Festival. Admission is $7 for non-playing passengers. There will be a $500 cash prize for the best hand in each run.
