The Foothills Crafts Fair is a juried fine arts & crafts show that has enjoyed a reputation for the range and quality of items for sale. With nothing manufactured or imported, this show is proud to offer festival-goers a best of the best shopping experience.
The Festival can easily boast an annual attendance in excess of 25,000 and many of our guests come back year after year looking forward to shopping the Foothills Crafts Fair. Many of our artisans have found they sell more when they demonstrate their craft.
Located on either side of a wide paved shady avenue and along the laughing Pacolet River, there are normally soft breezes to cool the June temperatures down a bit and cause shoppers to comfortably linger. And our crafters know we appreciate their coming by offering them a wine and cheese cart on Friday night!

Art lovers can purchase oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolors, graphics/drawings, prints, mixed media, photography, and sculpture.
Craft lovers can find objects made from wood, paper, fiber, fabric, leather, metal, gems, glass, stone, clay, and natural materials.
The number of artists from each category is limited.
Exhibiting artisans have come from as far north as New York, as far south as Florida, and as far west as Oklahoma to show their stuff at the Foothills Craft Fair. Since each item must be handmade by the exhibiting artisan, the Foothills Craft Fair presents a great opportunity for visitors to talk to the craftspeople and artists and learn about the artistic process. Many of the artists and craftsmen demonstrate their skills and will accept special orders.
Note: Off-site consumables such as teas, jellies, etc. are accepted only in the Main Street vendor’s area and not in the Foothills Crafts Fair.
