Dessert

The Dessert contest is for any and all dessert, could be a signature dessert, a family tradition, can be pies, cakes, ice cream creations, fruit, anything that is considered as a dessert item.

The Dessert contest will also be judged by KCBS Competition Rules, with consideration given to and adjusts made for creativity, uniqueness, originality of presentation, as well as how delicious dessert is.

How the Dessert is presented for judging is up to the cook, will all styles and type of container accepted. The garnish rule is waved in this category – garnish as you wish.

The Contest Reps will have for the team a 9x9 container, an aluminum half pan, or a stick on number for the entry. Serving utensils and eating utensils if needed will be provided by the contest organizer.
