On Saturday, June 11, as many as 200 Classic Cars will arrive at the Blue Ridge BBQ & Music Festival in Tryon, NC, to take part in the 6th annual Classic Car Show. Cars will fill the soccer field at Harmon Field and thousands of Festival guests will have the opportunity to examine the beautifully restored and maintained cars and trucks and reminisce about automotive days gone by. Owners will be hoping for the glory of winning prizes and trophies and enjoying the opportunity to show off their proud possessions.
Dennis Nagle, chairman of the Festival Car Show Committee, said the event has grown each year in size and diversity of vehicles, and hopes are high for a record number of cars this year. "There is so much to see and do at this Festival, and all the Car club members we have talked with are excited about coming back and bringing their families."
Entry fee is only $20 per car and includes admission for two people.
